Peter Adams’ painting, “Force of Light,” evokes nature’s eternally dynamic and omnipresent power. It is one of the 60 paintings included in the unique group exhibition, On Location in Malibu 2006 by the California Art Club, and was on view at the Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art at Pepperdine University. This exhibition represents a diversity of contemporary observations of Malibu and was curated by museum director Dr. Michael Zakian. Additional ALFA artists represented in the exhibition are Jeremy Lipking, Daniel W. Pinkham and Alexey Steele.
