Visual Artistry Will Renew Our Parish Community
With a clear theological and pastoral vision as the guiding force, the Liturgical Design Committee has been actively engaged in the research, planning and procuring of artisans who are creating sculpture, sacred paintings, carvings, glasswork and more, which will occupy prominent placement inside the new Church and surrounding its exterior.
The committee’s work is a two-fold ministry of acknowledging the building as a holy place of mystery and meaning, and inviting people to encounter the living God through art and liturgical symbols bringing the Catholic identity to our church. We proudly present four of our artists and their work in this edition of the Catholic Trojan newsletter.
