Artist Statement
“Serra Chapel, Mission San Juan Capistrano was
inspired by outdoor painting events during the
early 2000’s with the California Art Club. We
gathered each year for a week-long ‘paint-out’ on
the mission grounds, with more than one hundred
artists in attendance. It was a great time to paint
and meet fellow artist members.”
