Description Beside the Canyon Road; Laguna Beach was created en plein air by Jason Situ and portrays a favorite location of the artist. Situ expresses, "I like the history of this place. Many artists have been inspired to paint here over the past 100 years." The elevated perspective captures an actual topographic and geologic terrain, while the sunny atmosphere and gentle road entice the viewer into the scene.
