Description
Painted en plein air in the Carson River Canyon, near where Brunswick Canyon meets the river in Carson City, Nevada. LeGassick’s painting shows immediate brushstrokes, reminiscent of the works of Edgar Payne, and capture the rugged and tranquil feel of this western frontier land.
