Artist Statement
"Although this looks like an abstraction, there are many cases of snow leopards biting their tails. Scientists are unsure if this is an inherent behavior to keep their faces warm in frigid climates. However, they have been documented doing this in zoos in warm climates.

Ultimately, I took the visual idea to a human perspective of how we can sometimes proudly do things that consequently get in our way."
