"This stand of Eucalyptus trees on Catalina Island has held my attention for the past twenty years. On this day in a mid-afternoon White Light the trees were particularly lovely. A dry breeze lifted the leaves exposing their silvery undersides. I was lost in it all- that’s the magic- it’s why I paint." —Joseph Paquet
