“An early August morning. A heavy marine layer has enveloped Alameda Island. Harry Wilcox, sailing instructor at the Alameda Yacht Club, glides across the waters before his first instructional of the day. Two hours later, prompted by clearing skies, his awaiting students are at the ready. A studio rendering based upon plein air notes.”
