Description This sculpture depicts a moment in the life of Ray Bradbury, a writer and close friend to Slatoff. This maquette displays a loving father carry his thirteen year old son home after enjoying a day at the circus. However, the father cannot carry his son for much longer; rather, this maquette showcases the final day of childhood and the entrance to adulthood.
