"The coastline of the Palos Verdes peninsula seems to be a relatively unspoiled and forgotten stretch of the Los Angeles County coast. One of the most beautiful spots is Portuguese Bend, a somewhat secluded cove with sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs and caves."
